Prior to my position as Brand Manager for Bozzuto Management Company, I served as a Marketing Specialist for this premier real estate company. In that capacity, I worked with senior leadership in the planning, execution, and marketing of Bozzuto Construction Company. Responsibilities included design and management of proposals; planning and coordinating events; liaison with clients and vendors; and creating internal and external marketing collateral.
To enhance the competitive positioning of the company, I designed new RFP templates to streamline the proposal process. This improved the responsiveness and turn-around time for the business development team, allowing them to focus their efforts on content and value.
Together with the business development team and senior leadership, spearheaded proposal process winning one of the largest projects to date - valued at $127 million. Situated on the Baltimore waterfront, Liberty Harbor East is a landmark mixed-use multifamily community offering apartments and condominiums (featured above and below).
Aiming to ensure a professional and elevated appearance for the field teams - I updated the design of their safety gear and clothing. From hard hats to safety vests, the team now reflected the quality and brand of Bozzuto.
Attending and exhibiting at trade shows like ULI Real Estate Trends was an excellent opportunity to meet with peers in the industry and showcase our latest projects.
As part of my role I was responsible for the design and fabrication of our booth and all marketing collateral and promotional items.
One of my most anticipated events was the preparation and organization of our Bozzuto team’s participation in the annual JDRF Real Estate Games. Committed to giving back to the community we joined with regional real estate professionals to support Type 1 Diabetes research. Even designing our team shirts was another opportunity to show my pride and our Bozzuto spirit!
