As Brand Manager, I worked together with the clients and branding agency to create a compelling brand identity for these new luxury apartments in Falls Church, VA. The Loren brand's influence was the Pope–Leighey House, formerly known as the Loren Pope Residence, a suburban home in Virginia built by the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The cascading light and iconic leaded glass in this house served as the aesthetic inspiration for the brand. The logo, patterns, and color palette all visually bring the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired motif to life.
